BRON POWER FITNESS HELPS BUSY WOMEN REACH THEIR FITNESS GOALS THROUGH PERSONAL OR GROUP TRAINING. AS A PERSONAL TRAINER, I WORK WITH WOMEN FROM ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS BACKGROUNDS TO COME UP WITH A PLAN THAT IS TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS. MY WORKOUTS ARE FLEXIBLE AND EFFICIENT TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL BUSY WOMEN; FROM WORKING WOMEN TO MAMAS, AND MAMAS TO BE.

MEET THE TRAINER

My name is Bridget and I am a personal trainer from the United States living in Amsterdam. An athlete throughout my life, I spent years finding a balance between health and fitness. I can honestly say that at this point in my life, I feel stronger in my body now after giving birth to two children and being pregnant now with my third, then I ever did as a collegiate athlete. I am passionate about fitness and I want to help women find that same strength and balance. Pregnancy is an amazing journey, I can speak from experience that my 4 pregnancies were all very different. I needed to incorporate fitness differently into each pregnancy to feel mobile, good, and ready to give birth (at the marathon finish). I hope to help you be your strongest self both physically and mentally during pregnancy and after.

After a high stress, corporate job for 10 years, I took some time off to reflect on what my passion is in life (with a very supportive partner by my side). I realized that my goals in life were simple: if I was going to spend time away from my children, I wanted to make sure it was doing something that I enjoyed myself and that helped other people. I have always been athletic and played collegiate basketball and track. These fundamental skills and years of training helped me to carry fitness into my lifestyle. Once I left my corporate job, I studied at NASM Fitness and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2016.

My experience in the states included working at 2 different Pre-Post natal gyms specializing in group fitness classes and mommy and me classes. My classes incorporated weights and cardio, HIIT, and yoga. My current certifications include: Women’s Fitness Instructor (WFS), Integrated Resistance Training, Integrated Reactive Training, Neuromuscular Stretching, Integrated Core Training, Integrated Balance Training, Cardiorespitory Training for Sports Performance. I recently completed my Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist program through ‘Moms into Fitness’.
