WHAT DOES PRE-NATAL MEAN?

What if I told you pregnancy is the perfect stepping stone to start your fitness journey?

Whether you are trying to conceive, in the first weeks of pregnancy or the last, I customize workouts to help you through each stage of your pregnancy. Exercise is so important for a healthy pregnancy and faster recovery. Throughout your journey, our goals will be centered around keeping your body strong and healthy for delivery. Pregnancy is training for a marathon and race day is when you give birth. I love the challenge to help women prepare and train for that.

During pregnancy our focus will be to:

  • Increase flexibility
  • Increase overall strength
  • Strengthen your core and pelvic floor
  • Pain management

WHAT DOES POST-NATAL MEAN?

Post-natal recovery is important. Your body needs rest. But after you have a doctor’s clearance and you feel ready, you should not waste any time to find strength and flexibility again. I work with women from 6 weeks post delivery into Motherhood. If you’re a Mama who needs flexible, efficient, and challenging workouts, then I want to work with you.

Post-natal we will:   

  • Support recovery
  • Find confidence in your new (powerful) body
  • Recover pelvic floor in a safe and efficient way
  • Strengthen your abdominal wall
  • Overall rebuilding of muscle
